We are not a franchise. We are an independent firm established in Olympia in 1990. We respond to service calls in Olympia, Washington and throughout the South Puget Sound Region.

We are certified and specialize in tile and grout cleaning, fine oriental area rug care, leather treatment, and carpet damage repair. We feature 4 of the 5 officially recognized methods of cleaning textiles so we are certain to have the right tool and training to meet your needs. Our hot water extraction machine is absolutely state-of-the-art and our Host dry extraction process is the safest and most effective low moisture process in the world.
